Profile

- Very good knowledge of German, ideally good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of common MS Office software, ideally already experience with Sage 100

Aufgaben
- Auftragserfassung und -abwicklung in enger Koordination mit angrenzenden Abteilungen
- Ausarbeiten und Erstellen von Angeboten
- Überwachen der termingerechten Fertigstellung von Aufträgen
- Serviceorientierte Kundenbetreuung und Vertrieb per Telefon und E-Mail
- Stammdatenpflege unserer Kunden sowie weitere administrative Tätigkeiten
Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Idealerweise 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Freude am Kundenkontakt, der strukturierten Arbeit im Team und dem Telefonvertrieb
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie kunden- und serviceorientiertes Handeln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse gängiger MS Office Software, bestenfalls bereits Erfahrungen mit Sage 100
