Tasks
- Responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly reporting to the parent company
- Carrying out the consolidation of the legal group and coordinating the annual audits
- Analyzing results and variances as well as cost control for the development of the companies, including the preparation and evaluation of operational key figures
- Coordination and implementation of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Further development of controlling
- Preparation of ad hoc analyses and presentations
- Taking on projects as part of the integration into the Netceed Group (e.g. implementation of controlling tools, standardization of processes and guidelines)
- Contact person for the companies on commercial issues as well as tax consultants and auditors
- Coordination with Group Accounting / Group Controlling
Profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in (group) accounting or (group) controlling in industry or an auditing firm
- Knowledge of consolidation
- Innovative spirit, initiative and creativity in solving a wide range of tasks as well as a high affinity for numbers
- Ability to work under pressure, assertiveness and the talent to set the right priorities even with a large number of requests
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of DATEV/Lucanet desirable
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die termingerechte Erstellung des monatlichen Reportings an die Konzernmutter
- Durchführung der Konsolidierung des legalen Konzerns sowie Koordination der Jahresabschlussprüfungen
- Ergebnis- und Abweichungsanalysen sowie Kostenkontrolle zur Entwicklung der Gesellschaften inkl. Aufbereitung und Auswertung betrieblicher Kennzahlen
- Koordination und Durchführung der Budgetierungs- und Forecastprozesse
- Weiterentwicklungen des Controllings
- Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Präsentationen
- Übernahme von Projekten im Rahmen der Integration in die Netceed Gruppe (u.a. Implementierung von Controllingtools, Vereinheitlichung von Prozessen und Richtlinien)
- Ansprechpartner für die Gesellschaften zu kaufmännischen Themen sowie Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Koordination mit Konzernbuchhaltung / Konzerncontrolling
Profil
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im (Konzern-) Rechnungswesen oder (Konzern-)Controlling in der Industrie oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Kenntnisse der Konsolidierung
- Innovationsfreude, Eigeninitiative und Kreativität bei der Lösung der vielfältigen Aufgabenstellungen sowie eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen
- Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und das Talent, selbst bei einer Vielzahl von Anfragen die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Kenntnisse in DATEV/Lucanet wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
