- Create business cases for software-enabled opex transformation in customer presentations
- Design integration specifications for customer NMS, DCIM and enterprise systems
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Lead customer conversations on operational model transformation and software value
- Conduct demonstrations of monitoring platform capabilities and customer benefits
- Support commercial negotiations with data-driven business case validation
- Maintain relationships with customer IT, operations and asset management teams
Product Development Interface
- Define functional requirements and API specifications for monitoring and control modules
- Work with engineering team to ensure software reliability and cyber security alignment
- Validate monitoring system performance against customer operational commitments
- Oversee integration testing and customer acceptance procedures
Market Intelligence & Network Leverage
- Generate 3+ qualified leads per quarter through professional network and industry relationships
- Monitor competitive landscape on infrastructure monitoring and industrial IoT solutions
- Identify emerging trends in operational automation and remote management
Profil
- 5+ years experience in industrial software, monitoring systems or infrastructure automation
- Track record selling software solutions to operational buyers (manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications)
- Understanding of SCADA, industrial IoT and enterprise integration architectures
- Technical background with proven commercial capability
