Tasks
- Be the face of Netceed for our key accounts — nurturing strong, long-term partnerships.
 - Think big and act smart — develop strategic account plans that boost customer satisfaction and fuel revenue growth.
 - Spot opportunities — identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell potential.
 - Negotiate with confidence — close win-win deals that benefit both our clients and our business.
 - Be the voice of the customer — monitor satisfaction, resolve issues fast, and go the extra mile.
 - Stay ahead of the curve — track market trends and competitors to offer forward-thinking solutions.
 - Own the numbers — provide clear, regular performance reports to the management team.
 
Profile
- A dynamic, hands-on mindset and outstanding communication skills

 - Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a big plus!)
