Tasks

  • Independent processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reviewing incoming invoices, preparing outgoing invoices, as well as managing reminders and dunning processes
  • Preparing monthly closings and assisting with annual financial statements
  • Creating financial reports in Excel, document management, and general administrative tasks

Profile

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications as an accountant or tax clerk
  • Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in all areas of accounting
  • An independent, reliable, and dedicated way of working
  • Team spirit and confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen, Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Verwaltung und Mahnwesen
  • Vorbereitung der Monatsabschlüsse und Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlüsse
  • Erstellung von Finanzauswertungen in Excel, Dokumentenmanagement und allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Buchhalter oder Steuerfachangestellten
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse in allen Bereichen der Buchhaltung
  • Eine selbständige, zuverlässige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)
