For our Belgian Sales Team, we are immediately hiring … As our new Key Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our most strategic clients. You’ll build and grow high-impact relationships, deliver smart, tailored solutions, and help drive the future of fiber and energy networks across Europe.

Tasks

  • Be the face of Netceed for our key accounts — nurturing strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Think big and act smart — develop strategic account plans that boost customer satisfaction and fuel revenue growth.
  • Spot opportunities — identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell potential.
  • Negotiate with confidence — close win-win deals that benefit both our clients and our business.
  • Be the voice of the customer — monitor satisfaction, resolve issues fast, and go the extra mile.
  • Stay ahead of the curve — track market trends and competitors to offer forward-thinking solutions.
  • Own the numbers — provide clear, regular performance reports to the management team.

Profile

  • A dynamic, hands-on mindset and outstanding communication skills
  • A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A strategic approach focused on results and long-term impact
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a big plus!)
  • A drive to work in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment
